Refund Policy
We aim to keep refunds clear and straightforward.
TimoCore provides digital products and services. Refunds are handled based on the product type and the terms at purchase.
Subscription plans
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
One-time purchases
For one-time digital products or services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If there is a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we will work to resolve it quickly.
Support and disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact billing@timocore.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
